Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors of our clothing as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting sources or differences in device screen settings, the actual color of the product may vary slightly. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on minor color variations.
Fabric & Embellishments: For embroidered or embellished items, please note that these are delicate. We recommend dry cleaning to maintain the quality.
Currency: All prices are listed in AED.
Advance Payment Mandatory: We operate on a strict 100% Advance Payment basis.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services at this time.
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and verified.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer.
Order Confirmation: Receiving an order number does not mean your order is confirmed. Confirmation occurs only after the payment proof is received and verified by our team.
Dispatch Timeline: Please note that dispatching of orders takes place ONLY after the advance payment is confirmed.
Processing Time:
Once payment is verified, please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to be packed and dispatched.
During sale periods or wedding seasons, dispatch times may be extended.
Delivery Time: After dispatch, delivery within UAE generally takes 2-4 working days depending on the courier service and destination city. International deliveries may take time depending on the courier services.
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. International delivery charges may vary from UAE delivery charges.
To maintain our quality standards and hygiene protocols, Pink Wardrobe By Sameen maintains a strict policy regarding returns and refunds:
No Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any items once they have been purchased.
No Refunds: We strictly do not offer cash refunds or money-back guarantees under any circumstances.
No Exchange for "Change of Mind": We do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind, dislike the style, or if the size you ordered does not fit (please check our size chart carefully before ordering).
In the rare event that you receive a damaged article or the wrong item was sent by us:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
You must provide a video of the unboxing and clear photos of the defect.
If the defect is validated by our team, we will offer an Exchange for the same item. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a store credit voucher.
By the Customer: Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
By Pink Wardrobe By Sameen: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or failure to receive advance payment within 24 hours.
