STRICT No Return & No Refund Policy

To maintain our quality standards and hygiene protocols, Pink Wardrobe By Sameen maintains a strict policy regarding returns and refunds:

No Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any items once they have been purchased.

No Refunds: We strictly do not offer cash refunds or money-back guarantees under any circumstances.

No Exchange for "Change of Mind": We do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind, dislike the style, or if the size you ordered does not fit (please check our size chart carefully before ordering).

Exception (Defective/Damaged Items Only)

In the rare event that you receive a damaged article or the wrong item was sent by us:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• You must provide a video of the unboxing and clear photos of the defect.

• If the defect is validated by our team, we will offer an Exchange for the same item. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a store credit voucher.
